Visit details
The following information describes the fields of the Visit details.
- Aircraft (subfleet)
- Aircraft tail and its associated subfleet.
- Visit Title
- By default, the visit takes its name from the task with the longest span.
- Slack
- The number of days between the Visit Start and Due Date of the first
due task.
- If slack is 1: The visit starts on the due date of the first due task, which will become overdue at midnight.

If slack is 0: The visit starts a day after the due date of the first due task. The aircraft should not be flown on this day.
- Track
- The track location where the visit is scheduled.
- Visit Start
- The day the visit is scheduled to start.
- Visit End
- The day the visit is scheduled to finish.
- Comments
- Free-text field.
- Calendar Days
- The number of days the aircraft will be on the track. i.e. The number of Adjusted Work Days, plus the number of non-working days spanned by the visit.
- Standard Work Days
- The number of work days required for a visit, not adjusted by Track Proficiency.
- Adjusted Work Days
- The number of Standard Work Days divided by the proficiency factor.
- Travel Days
- The number of days the aircraft is in transit to or from the maintenance location.
- Driving Task
- The task in the visit with the earliest due date.
- Driving Task Due Date
- The due date of the driving task.
- Driving Task Spec Remaining
- The number of days, hours, or cycles of the driving spec for the driving task that will be remaining on the visit start date. (Hours and cycles values are forecasts.)
- Forecasted Cycles
- Based on the aircraft's forecast model and the visit's start date, the number of cycles before the task is due.
- Forecasted Hours
- Based on the aircraft's forecast model and the visit's start date, the number of hours before the task is due.
- Task Name
- The name of the task.
- Type
- The task type.
- Forecasted From
- The date used to calculate the due date of this instance of the maintenance task, which is:
- If applicable, the Completion Date in the Last Done operational data
- For a repeating task or chained tasks, the visit end date from the previous task
- For the first repeating or chained task or a one-time task, derived from the Calculation From value from the Task Definition operational data. i.e. one of:
- the task's Effective Date
- the aircraft's Manufacture Date
- the aircraft's In Service Date
- Due Date
- The due date of this instance of the task.
- Yield
- The projected yield at the time this task is scheduled.
- Driving Spec
- The usage or calendar specification that will be met first for this task.
- Slack
- Number of days between the visit start date and the due date of the task.
- DPE
- Days produced early. This term is used in with Fixed Interval Schedule (FIS) and refers to the number of days before the next due date that a FIS applicable task is scheduled.
- Standard Span
- The span of a Task Definition as defined in the Operational Data.
- Adjusted Span
- The Standard Span as defined in operational data divided by the proficiency factor.
- Description
- A description of the task.
