Reforecast a plan
Forecast task due dates based on operational data changes since the plan was originally created.
Forecasting recalculates due dates and related information such a task yield, but it does not affect historical visits or tasks.
-
Reforecasting may cause a task to become overdue, but it does not move tasks or visits. Tasks that become overdue must be scheduled manually or by running the scheduling tool. In addition, Fleet Planner will not create new visits when reforecasting.
-
If run, reforecasting and scheduling will apply to all fleets, subfleets and tracks, regardless of the filters or search terms set.
-
If you schedule a visit prior to the initial Calculation From date, Fleet Planner will not reforecast the plan.
-
Fleet Planner accounts for the aircraft's ground time when calculating the due date for hours and cycles-based tasks.
