Export a plan to PDF

Export your plan in PDF to share with others.

1. Click Menu , and then click Plan management.
2. Click the plan.
3. Optional: Filter the plan to show only specific fleets, subfleets, and/or tracks.
4. Click Export , and then click Export PDF.
5. Choose a start date and an output duration, and then click Export.
6. Choose an export location on your computer, and then click Save.

Fleet Planner formats the plan in landscape mode on legal-sized paper, and each page contains up to 20 tracks. Further, Fleet Planner includes the Overflow and Retirement tracks on the last page of the PDF file.
