Variable Track Proficiency

The variable track proficiency captures the change in manpower capacity for each track throughout the year. Multiple proficiency factors are assigned to specific tracks during time periods when their proficiency is expected to change.

The manpower capacity of tracks within the hangar fluctuates throughout the year. For example; Track A has a proficiency factor of 1 in 2023, but it decreases to 0.5 in 2024 due to a decrease in manpower. By incorporating track proficiency exceptions, the planner can strategically select the most efficient tracks for scheduling visits.
