Track Proficiency Exceptions
The track proficiency exceptions template defines the time periods when the proficiency factors of each track change.

You can create your own proficiency exception IDs for each Track.
The start date and end date denotes the time period that each track is assigned the proficiency factor.
- The start date or end date can be left empty. It is mandatory to fill-in one date.Note: When the start date is left empty, and the end date is given, the proficiency factor is applied from when your scheduling starts until the given end date. When the start date is specified, and the end date is left empty, the proficiency factor is applied from the given date onward.
