Upload operational data

Upload the .csv files containing your fleet operational data to view it in Fleet Planner and create plans.

Important:
  • Before uploading your data, you must format it according to the predefined data templates.
  • If this is first data you are uploading to Fleet Planner, you must upload your data sets in a particular order.

  • Uploading data overwrites existing all operational data to match all columns included in the uploaded templates, including blank fields. i.e. You must include complete data for all rows in a column if you want to update that field in any row.

  1. Click Menu , and then click Upload data.
  2. Drag the .csv files to the upload page, and then click Submit.
    Note:
    • The maximum allowable file size is 2 MB per file.

    • The maximum allowable combined file size that you can upload at one time is 6 MB.

Your data is now available to the scheduling engine to create or update plans. You can also view your data online.
