Last maintenance done

This template provides details of the last time tasks were completed on each aircraft.

This information is used to establish future task due dates. If this data is not present, aircraft manufacture date is used.

Note: In Fleet Planner, this template corresponds to the Last Done table in Operational Data.

Aircraft tail number.

Must exist in Fleet Details.

Task ID Yes Text field

Must exist in the Task Definition template. However, not all Task IDs in Task Definition are required to be listed in this file.

Completion Date Yes YYYY-MM-DD The visit end date of the last visit when this task was completed.
Iteration No* Integer (whole number)

Identifies the iteration instance for the forecast engine when a task is in a repeating/chained series.

If no value is provided, the scheduling engine will schedule the next iteration starting at 1.

*Must be included to maintain sequencing.

Due Date No* YYYY-MM-DD

Must be included for Fixed Internal Scheduling.

This value, along with Completion Date and Iteration, is used to forecast a Fixed Interval Scheduling task.

Hours Yes Integer (whole number)

Hours on the aircraft upon last completion of this task.

Decimal values are accepted, but truncated. They are not rounded to ensure no that additional airframe hours are added.

For tasks that are days-based, you can enter a value of "0" (zero).

Cycles Yes Integer (whole number)

Cycles on the aircraft upon last completion of this task.

Decimal values are accepted, but truncated. They are not rounded to ensure no that additional cycles are added.
